Prof. Ignatius Gous
Professor Emeritus · Researcher · Educator
With 43 years as an educator and researcher, Prof. Gous is a globally recognised authority in Mind, Brain and Education sciences. He has lectured and presented across Africa, Europe, and beyond — and is driven by the conviction that effective learning is inseparable from meaningful living.
Through FutureSharp, he leads the translation of neuroscience and pedagogical research — including mastery learning strategies and AI-assisted teaching frameworks — into practical, classroom-ready tools for teachers, schools, and corporate trainers.
Dorrithe Labuschagne
Dorrithe Labuschagne believes that meaningful growth begins in real connection. As a registered Educational Psychologist, she works with parents, learners, and adults to unlock potential that may be hidden beneath uncertainty, stress, or transition.
Her practice — rooted in compassion and strategic insight — moves people from confusion to clarity, and from overwhelm to purposeful action. Within FutureSharp, her psychological lens ensures that every intervention accounts for the whole person: how they think, learn, feel, and become.
Dr Eugene Botha
CEO · Filmmaker · Former Full Professor, Unisa
Dr Botha holds five cum laude degrees, published 70+ peer-reviewed works, and guided 30 postgraduate candidates — before founding Blue Marble Entertainment, South Africa’s premier production house. His company has produced 40+ broadcast documentaries, 270+ current affairs stories, and award-winning content for SABC, kykNET, MNet, e-tv, and international platforms.
Within FutureSharp, his studio brings research and insight to life as compelling podcasts, video series, and educational programmes that audiences don’t just watch — they remember.
